The manager and the rest of the staff were excellent and super available and helpful, it felt like family! The room was cute and clean, the location was great (about 18 min flat walk to the Rav Yanuka). The energy was lovely, and they have delicious Shabbos meals for a fair price. There is also an in house Beit Knesset- it’s everything you could ask for and we will definitely come back again!
The wall holder for the shower head was broken but everything else was great.

clean when I arrived as it is not a hotel and should not be described as such. At no point during the week did anyone come in to clean all of the fresh towels and toilet roll I had to ask for them on one occasion I ran out completely and had to ask another room for some. There was never read one really around to ask for help although they were very responsive via WhatsApp. The location of the hotel is very convenient for the beach.
that I understood it to be a hotel and that should’ve been made clearer. Also that there should’ve been someone available in the office more often. There was also a hairdresser that had open just outside my room which is very noisy.
