Casa Fredelina – Charming Townhouse With Terrace and Pool in Parador, Nerja
Welcome to Casa Fredelina, a stylish townhouse in the heart of Nerja's most sought-after and quiet area, Parador. Situated on a one-way street with no disturbing traffic, this modern 80m² (plus a 24m² terrace) accommodation offers the perfect blend of relaxation and proximity to the beach, restaurants and Nerja's lively centre. With a sunny terrace, access to a communal pool and a separate studio for larger groups, Casa Fredelina is a dream for up to six people.
Outdoors and Terrace
Casa Fredelina welcomes you with a fantastic 24 m² patio in a southwesterly position, which is bathed in sun from morning to evening - perfect also in autumn, winter and spring. The patio is equipped with a sturdy Weber gas barbecue (2022), a dining table with four comfortable chairs, two sun loungers, an electric awning and a parasol, making it ideal for meals, sunbathing or evenings under the stars.
Just 25 meters from the house is the association's communal pool area, surrounded by sun loungers and a terrace where you can enjoy a refreshing dip during the day and early evening. The pool is an oasis for both adults and children, and its proximity makes Casa Fredelina extra convenient.
Interior
The ground floor offers a bright open plan living area with an elegant light marble staircase. The spacious living room has newly installed air conditioning and a 42” flat screen TV with Chromecast Ultra for streaming. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, water purifier (so you don’t have to carry water bottles) and even a sous vide. A handy guest toilet is also located on this level.
The second floor houses two newly renovated bedrooms with a total of three beds (one double bed and one single bed), both equipped with new air conditioning units and metal blinds to regulate the sunlight. Built-in wardrobes, sliding doors, a chest of drawers and a small safe offer plenty of storage. The fresh bathroom, renovated in 2016, has a shower, toilet, sink and smart storage solutions.
The studio (20 m²) in the basement is a separate unit with its own entrance, perfect for larger groups (automatically included for 5-6 people). The studio has a double bed, air conditioning, clothes rack and a spacious bathroom (7 m²) with shower, toilet and sink.
NOTE: To access the studio, the number of adults must be more than 4. So if you book 5-6 people, the studio will automatically be included.

A lovely and comfortable 3 bedroom apartment in a fantastic location just 5 minute walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Very well equipped if you like cooking in. Comfortable chairs and sun beds on balcony with sun on from late morning until late evening.

The apartment was spotless with every amenity you could use! Being less then 10 minutes from the centre and within easy reach of a number of stunning beaches made for the perfect holiday.

Comfortable, spacious, well equipped property with lovely outside patio. Lots of drying spaces. Pool was big enough and the grounds are well kept. The main problem was that the studio basement apartment wasnt ready for our arrival, they forget to clean it and leave the keys. Its not as nice as the main property and smelt damp. There was also no hot water in that bathroom. We reported it and it took 2 days for someone to come out and then never fixed it. So we had 6 guests sharing 1 bathroom.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The apartment has a great location with a supermarket and really good restaurant close by. Easy access to the town or down to Burriana beach, The patio is a sun trap, the sun shining on the patio from 11am. We did have a couple of things that we need to mention. The television or lack of television being one. We have visited Nerja for many years and have never needed to have an app on a phone which then needed to be downloaded onto the TV, I have never heard of this anywhere. Even if we did have an app there was no instructions on how to load it onto the TV, which was just an ornament for our stay. There is a safe upstairs, but again no information to say whether it worked or how to set the codes, so again not of any use I’m afraid. It took us a day to find the washing machine, the poor girl who gave us the keys didn’t know where it was either. Turns out it’s in a basement/utility room below the apartment, again no information left to tell us this. The water filter was great as it saved lugging heavy bottles of water from the supermarket, unfortunately it stopped working on our last day. The reason could be that the power sockets in the kitchen were loose. I suspect people have been plugging items in and pulling the plug out without due care. The downstairs toilet seat was loose on arrival and fell off on the Friday. We reported this but it could not be replaced till the following Tuesday. We would visit again but needed to bring up these points.
