We enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the pool. The back yard looking out to Canal was beautiful! Communication from owner was quick when contacted.

This home was just lovely. We slept 5 kids and 2 adults comfortably. The house was well stocked, plenty of towels, cleaning supplies and kitchen supplies (seasonings, oils, coffee filters etc…) only complaint was lack of steak knives as we did have a steak dinner and had some trouble there. Would recommend supplying those. The pool is perfect for kids to play and very clean. Nice BBQ with propane ready. Lights and things well labeled and good instructions so we never felt lost. Rolling cooler for the beach was so handy! Only issue there was only one beach chair. Would recommend getting one more so that 2 adults can sit. Thank you so much for a great stay! We will certainly consider renting again if we comeback to the Cape!

(6 adults/5 nights) This house was in a nice neighborhood and centrally located for great access to all of Cape Coral’s amenities. For the price point improvements could be made. Beds were comfortable and living space was acceptable. Oven did not work, only 1 roll of TP in each bathroom, bathroom towels were very old and small, house and patio cleanliness 3 out of 5, pool was very clean though, only 1 leaking Tide pod left out for use. Owner did respond quickly when we had questions about the thermostat and sheets (beds were assembled with the flat sheets under the fitted sheets on the beds?) We use vacation rentals often so for the price point I wasn’t expecting 5 stars but if a few small improvements were made this house has the potential to be much more comfortable. I also know that the vacation rental market in Cape Coral is challenging to turn a profit at this time and don’t want to be hard on them but a few small improvements could make a big difference.
