About this house rental
Villa Mermaid is a spacious Gulf access pool home located in a quiet central neighborhood in SW Cape Coral. The home has been completely renovated to a modern standard in 2022 and features 4 well appointed bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The property features 2 separate living areas plus Kitchen and Dining area overlooking the pool area. There is also a separate laundry room for guests convenience. Upon entering the home home, guests will instantly appreciate the modern beach vibe. The first space to greet you is the main living area which has been comfortably furnished with sofas and soft lighting plus a Smart Roku TV for streaming Roku TV channels for family enjoyment.
Further on inside the home guests can also enjoy a second casual Living area overlooking the Kitchen. Adjacent to the Kitchen is the family Dining area which overlooks the pool area. The bedroom layout is split plan so to provide the utmost in privacy for all guests. The Master Bedroom comes complete with king size bed, Smart TV with Roku TV channels and streaming ability plus private Master Bathroom. The Master Suite also enjoys sliding doors to the pool area. A further 3 guest bedrooms on the other side of the home each feature a queen size bed or twin beds + Smart TV with Roku in all guest bedrooms. There is also a guest bathroom located on the other side of the home for guests' use with pool side access door for added convenience.
Stepping outside of the home through the glass sliding doors, guests can enjoy the stunning south facing private pool deck area with electrically heated pool. The deck is furnished with a comfortable outdoor sectional seating area plus canopied day bed for lounging in the Florida sunshine. With outdoor waterfront living and relaxation so high on the priority list in sunny Cape Coral, the home is also equipped with a gas barbecue. The landscaped grounds and private concrete boat dock area are the finishing touch to your own piece of paradise that Florida is famous for.
ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION: This home does not have cable TV. It has Roku smart TV's for streaming Roku TV channels. You can also stream your own channels if a member of Netflix or Amazon Prime by logging in with your account details. The garage has been converted in to a storage area. There is access to walk through the garage in to the home but not room to store a vehicle in the garage.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach house in Cape Coral. The property was not only beautiful but also incredibly well-equipped, meeting all of our needs and then some. Having rented through VRBO for over 20 years, I can confidently say this home stands out as one of the best. The attention to detail and the amenities provided made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

We absolutely loved staying at this amazing property. The house was beautifully decorated, loads of space for us all, massive pool and really appreciated all the little touches that made our stay fantastic. Our most favourite holiday rental so far. Would def recommend and would def stay again. Managing agents were helpful too! Thank you for having us and sharing your home.

We really needed to escape New England winter and this house, located in a wonderful location, was the perfect answer. This spacious home with beautiful pool has all the accommodations needed for a relaxing warm-weather get-away. It is relatively convenient to RSW airport and to JetBlue Park for Red Sox Spring training games, too. The private dock on the canal was absolutely perfect for morning coffee to watch the sunrises and for evening beverages as the sun set. Since some of our family were unable to join us during our stay this trip, we will be working to rent this property again, perhaps next spring.
