Welcome to the White Mountains in Lincoln, NH! Enjoy our beautiful, spacious, and freshly updated 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo with a gas fireplace, AC, fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TVs in every room, and breathtaking mountain view from the walk-out balcony. The complex includes a free round-trip shuttle to Loon Mountain, heated indoor pool and hot tub, seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub, a fitness center, 3 saunas, a racquetball court, game room, credit card operated on-site laundry, and more. You’ll be just a short walk to lots of great dining options and attractions and a short drive to Loon Mountain, Clarks Trading Post, Echo Lake, Whale’s Tale Waterpark, hiking and biking trails, fishing, ziplining, and so much more. Our Welcome Guest Handbook provided in the unit will have all the info you’ll need to have a 5-star stay!
The space
The condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, and walk-out balcony. The master bedroom features a King size bed, wall mounted flat-screen TV, large walk-in closet, en suite full bathroom, and access to the balcony. You can find a new Queen Serta air mattress stored in the master walk-in closet as well for extra sleeping arrangements. The second bedroom includes a Queen size bed, Twin over Twin bunk beds, wall mounted flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and access to the main bathroom. Both bathrooms are supplied with shower and hand towels, toilet paper, blow dryer, and full shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers. The newly-furnished living room is super cozy and comfortable and features a sofa and loveseat set, wall mounted 55” Samsung Smart TV, gas fireplace, AC unit, and access to the balcony. The dining room offers seating for 6 guests with additional seating for 3 at the eat-in kitchen bar. The kitchen comes fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc., toaster oven, coffee machine, and dishwasher.
Other things to note:
Free WiFi is available in the unit. Free on-site parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. The TVs all have cable and you can log into your personal accounts like Netflix, Hulu, etc. on the Smart TV in the living room (just remember to sign out before check-out!). We provide extra towels for guests that can be used for the pool. There are some board games located in the TV stand. Detergent and dryer sheets are not supplied for the on-site laundry. The unit is professionally cleaned after each stay and new linens and towels are provided. Upon request, we will do our best to accommodate early check-ins so long as the unit is ready.
*We are open to long-term stays for the winter season, inquire if interested (discounts available)!
Guest access
Guests are welcome to use everything in the condo and all amenities our complex offers. Take advantage of the free shuttle that runs in the winter on weekends and holidays from our complex to and from Loon Mountain. Enjoy a heated indoor pool and hot tub as well as a seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub. There is a grilling area in the back parking lot that guests can utilize (bring your own charcoal). The first floor has a large arcade and game room with ping pong, pool table, foosball, air hockey, and more. The basement of the building contains a cardio room, a weight room, 3 saunas, locker rooms, and credit card operated laundry room.

The unit was well-appointed and very comfortable. Even though the condo is located in the center of town, so to speak, it was very quiet. It was conveniently located to everything, so it was nice to walk to shops and restaurants. We didn't make complete use of the pool at the Inn, because we just didn't make the time for it. I appreciated the generosity of our hosts' spices in the kitchen. It spared me from bringing my own. We enjoyed our stay!

Stayed here as a family. Eric was awesome to communicate with. He was super accommodating with us changing the date from summer to fall and it was greatly appreciated. The check in process was easy and the space was very clean.
The amenities of the resort are great for families.
Only negative of the space is the porch is in a little rough shape.
Only negative of the resort, it is a little confusing the first round to get from the main entrance over to the entrance on the far right where the unit is. I reread the directions a few times and was a little lost. A little more description on how to get to the front over to the other entrances would be helpful and explanation that there are bellhop carts best used in the rear of the property with the ramp.

We loved our stay, it was clean and comfortable, communication was great - kids really loved the indoors and outdoor pools (and hot tubs) and games room. Kitchen supplies were provided to get you started and the kitchens and bathrooms were well equipped. The apartment is in a very beautiful area with lots to explore. We had a great time.
