Master Bedroom suite overlooking the river with a queen-sized bed, 2 more bedrooms, one with queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds. Fully Equipped Kitchen, roomy living room and dining area to enjoy and make family memories. Enjoy this newer vacation condo with central A/C during the warm summer months then warm yourself by the beautiful gas fireplace after an adventurous day on the snow. Get out on the open deck to enjoy the sound of the river with your coffee and stargaze at the night sky.
For Summer activities you will find Loon Mountain Adventure Center is close by. It is guaranteed you will have a great day no matter what you choose... Ariel Adventure Forest, Gondola Rides, Rock Climbing Wall, Summit Adventures or Zip Line across the Pemigewasset River. Check out Loon Mountain Club with an indoor pool and saunas that are open to the public for daily fees!
There are many hiking trails and bike paths and mountain biking within close proximity. Lincoln is a great place to be outdoors enjoying nature all around.
Loon Mountain offers something for everyone!- Fun mountain for the entire family! Many restaurants and shopping just down the road. Sit in the shared hot tub after a great day exploring Lincoln, NH and enjoy the shared firepit over great conversation with your family and friends.

Property is nicely laid out with plenty of room. Close to the main road but secluded back in the mountains along the river. We would definitely come back again.
