About this apartment rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 28 m² air-conditioned studio apartment for rent in Juan les Pins, Antibes, less than a kilometre from the beach. It can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 4th floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty living room, a fitted kitchen, a shower room and a terrace overlooking the square Sidney Béchet Pinède, which is not overlooked.

- A living room with a TV, a fold-away double bed with a built-in sofa and a dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, cooking plates, dishwasher, coffee machine with nespresso pods...

Outside :
- A terrace of 9 m², facing South-East and furnished with a table and chairs outside to enjoy a good meal in the sun!
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron.

L'also Had to arrange things with a different manager which was confusing. Train delayed so had to email and wait over an hour to get in.

🙁 That blankets and towels were not included and just realized about that once the hotel had charged my credit card... the day before arrival. Furthermore, the host was calling me to my cellphone (including calls early in the morning or late in the evening!)"
