I really liked the area, it was quite local and we saw only a few tourists. There is an excellent supermarket 100 meter from the apartment. If we were too lazy to go to a restaurant, the supermarket had a lot of different dishes at reasonable prices. The internet was 960 Mbps download and 450 Mbps upload and worked perfectly.

Appartement propre et spacieux, près du Pingo Doce. 15-20 minutes à pieds du centre ville et proche grand centre commercial. Literie correcte
Pas de climatisation dans les chambres, juste salon ! Quartier pas sécurisant le soir. Manque de produits de nettoyage et du quotidien: lessive, liquide vaisselle ou pastilles vaisselle; huile, café, torchons Serviette de bain abîmée
