Superb

Dear Rina, Thank you for the amazing week in your beautiful villa! We had a great time because the location of the villa is perfect to quickly reach several beaches and the old town of Zadar by walk. Old town is 20-30 min by walk along the beautiful coast. Uber costs 3-7€ and takes only 5min. Our hosts were so kind and flexible, they were happy to make every wish possible and prepared helpful local information for us in advance. Villa is as perfect as it looks on the pictures and everything was very clean. Thank you again for the great time, we will be happy to visit you again one day! :)

If you are looking for the best place to stay in Zadar, don’t search anymore, you already found it! The entire house, it’s facilities, sorrounding, equipmemt, furnishing and view is 10/10. What is more, the owners of the house are wonderful people. We wish to get back there next year! Thank you so much.

Wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Lage

Modernes, gut ausgestattes Haus in traumhafter Lage direkt am Meer. Zwei Bademöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe in 1-4 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Herrliche Aussicht vom Balkon und vor allem von der Dachterrasse auf den regen Schiffsverkehr im Meer, auf das Geschehen an der Strandpromenade und auch auf Teile der Stadt. Ruhige Nachbarschaft. Mehrere gute Restaurants in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In die Altstadt fährt ein Bus, Haltestelle nahe beim Haus. Die kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder haben wir wegen der Hitze während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht genutzt. Unkomplizierter Kontakt zu den supernetten Gastgebern, die uns auch zahlreiche Tips gaben. Wir können die Villa Karma 52 uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Atemberaubend schön

Das Haus traumhaft schön die Lage atemberaubend. Sauber,geräumig mit Liebe ausgestattet. Die Terrasse konnte nicht perfekter sein. Der Ausblick aufs Meer Hammer !!!!Abends mit einem Glas Wein oder morgens mit eine Tasse Kaffee haben wir die Zeit genossen. Die Vermieter sehr lieb,nett, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir sind früher angekommen als man sollte. Trotzdem konnten wir problemlos die Autos vor dem Haus parken und wurden wir auch gefragt ob wir was für den Kühlschrank habe. So bald das Haus fertig war wurde ich informiert. Da es ca in 3 min vom Haus eine Strandbad befindet konnten wir da gut die Zeit verbringen. Haben viele Tipps und Informationen bekommen wo wir was essen sollen oder besichtigen. Auf jede Frage haben sofort eine Antwort mit Vorschlägen bekommen. Das war super schöne Woche aber im so einem Haus und so eine Umgebung ist es kein Wunder. Das beste ist dass es am Haus auch Fahrräder zur Verfügung stehen was wir auch in Anspruch genommen haben um in die Stadt zur fahren. Was super schön. Wir waren eine Woche aber hätten viel länger bleiben können. Ein herzliches Dankeschön. Wenn Zadar dann nur hier 🤩

Lokalizacja, do najbliższej plaży 2 min, do plaży bardziej żwirowej miejskiej 10 min spacerem lub 3 min rowerami które są dostępne w domu. Czystość, wyposażenie domu, nowe sprzęty, taras na dachu z pięknym widokiem leżakami siedzeniami do wieczornych relaksów, grill itd, szczerze polecam, perfekcyjny kontakt z właścicielami, mili ludzie bardzo pomocni. Jak będziemy planować wakacje w tej okolicy to na pewno w Karma 52. Pozdrowienia z Polski :)
