The property was lovely and clean, tidy and in a brilliant area for Disney and shopping.

The only thing we doing was that there wasn’t enough pillows or towels apart from those we thought everything was great. Beds were comfy, facilities were good. One thing missing in the toilet maybe there should be a small sink to allow for hand washing.

large space, private parking, beds were large and comfortable. liked the tv and entertainment options.

missed towels for kitchen use. no towels to clean or dry dishes, no hand towels. all pans were nonstick. coffee cups were too large for nespresso machine and chipped. cleaning mop was left on balcony dirty. toilet roll holder was loose on the wall. the toilet paper kept falling onto the floor. no cleaning rags or paper towels were left behind to wipe up spills. staff was friendly but services that were offered on the website like shuttles and pool access staff had no knowledge of these extra facilities and how to find out. electrical outlets were loose on the wall with missing outlets covers. felt very dangerous. there was no child seat for dining. yet the rules stated food could only be consumed in the dining. felt like home was advertised for Disney yet didn’t seem very child friendly.
