Great apartment and location, poor maintenance and company management that spoils the impression
The good thing is the apartment is super close to the beach, nearby there are cafes (tho majority of them were closed on Monday) and supermarket. The location of the apartment and building itself is amazing. The apartment has washing machine and fully equipped kitchen which was nice.
The apartment is positioned as good option for working. But it’s not true. The Wi-Fi is barely working, I couldn’t download emails, not even mentioning video calls. We stayed for 2 days and this problem hasn’t been solved during this amount of time.
I have told the company that is responsible for the apartment for this situation, but it happened on Sunday (when we checked in), so they told me, only tomorrow someone will be able to come and check. The next day when the person came she couldn’t do anything about it and also told us that maybe tomorrow again someone else will come and fix it.the next day we have checked out, so can not say if the problem was fixed.
Apart from that the first day when we took shower, there was a flood. The drain was clogged. But thankfully, at least this problem was solved the next day when we reported it - company sent people over who fixed it.
The communication was also a bit weird, whenever we had some problem and told the company about it, it took them a while until they replied. So at first I felt ignored. Then after several messages and pushes I got replies. When we check-out no one apologised or offered us a discount for the inconveniences we had ( I couldn’t work normally with such an internet) but when I asked about late check out, we have been let free to check out one hour later free of charge. Well, at least sth
Thanks for that. But we had way too much stress with the company not really seemed to care much about it.
Overall, a great apartment in great location (beware tho you may encounter wild boars in this area, even at the beach, that was surprise for us) and a poor maintenance and communication that spoils an impression.

La posizione ottima per chi deve andare all'ospedale gaslini. Vicino alla spiaggia.
L'appartamento non è stato pulito doverosamente, stoviglie sporche, nella doccia del bagno c'è la muffa.
Molta polvere, la dipendente della società che lo gestisce non parlava bene l'italiano e non ha saputo darci nessuna informazione ne sull'appartamento ne su i servizi nel quartiere, a qualunque domanda rispondeva solo non lo so. Il letto era sporco e anche il divano macchie di ogni genere.

Vicino al mare
Appartamento situato al secondo piano di un condominio con camera da letto ampia, con rete e materasso di una piazza e mezza dove abbiamo dovuto dormire io e mia figlia di tre anni ( sull'annuncio riporta letto matrimoniale)posizionata sotto una testata di tessuto fissata a muro . Quest'ultima ricoperta di polvere e macchine enormi che ho prontamente coperto con le lenzuola date in dotazione dall'appartamento.
Le lenzuola in questione le ho dovute utilizzare in questo modo avendole trovate piegate sul letto ma SPORCHE. Fortunatamente viaggio sempre con lenzuola e asciugamani personali che ho utilizzato per le due notti prenotate in questo appartamento.
Il piumone del letto anch'esso sporco di macchie rosse/ ruggine antiche, apro l'armadio per cercare una coperta di riserva e la trovo appallottolata in un ripiano, la apro e anche qui scopro macchie di vario genere;decido dunque di riappallottolare la coperta e metterla dov'era.
La macchia del caffè con dentro acqua stagnante tanto che il fondo era giallo , il frigorifero aveva un cattivo odore , il cassetto delle posate sembrava reduce delle guerre puniche, e il divano in sala ( dove ha dormito mio marito)sporco tanto da aver paura di macchiare i vestiti, pavimento bagno appiccicoso e per concludere basta guardare le tende ormai ingrigite dalla polvere per capire che l'acqua non l'hanno mai vista.
Tutto questo è stato prontamente fotografato perché ritengo che sia una truffa far pagare 320€+ tasse per due notti un appartamento privo di cura , abbandonato al suo decorso.
Lo consiglio a chi non interessano la pulizia e la cura dei dettagli.

Non funzionava la capa, l'appartamento era gelato quando siamo arrivati, c'erano dei lavori nell'appartamento di fianco e nn si poteva stare per i rumori, ci hanno tagliato l'acqua (TUTTE COSE CHE LORO SAPEVANO, MA CMQ HANNO AFFITTATO L' APPARTAMENTO!!! SAPENDO DEI RUMORI E DELLA MANCANZA DI ACQUA!!!), il bollitore era rotto, anche le forbici in cucina, non c'era scolapasta ne grattugia, lenzuole erano macchiate, e potrei continuare. É la 5ta volta che visitiamo Genova, affittiamo ogni volta in quartieri diversi E SEMPRE SIAMO STATI MOLTO SODDISFATTI. Questo appartamento MAI PIÙ.

Terribile.
La posizione
Personale scortese e mediocre. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare le date, visto che la nostra visita a Genova dipendeva esclusivamente dal ricovero di mio figlio di 3 anni al Gaslini. Ed essendo stati chiamati dall’ospedale due giorni prima, in merito ad un cambio date, avevamo chiesto alla struttura di poter cancellare almeno le ultime tre notti (la prenotazione era di ben 6 notti e potete immaginare il prezzo). La ragazzetta al telefono mi ha invitata ad andar via prima, ma senza rimborso. E poi ha ironizzato sul fatto che la mia prenotazione non fosse flessibile (come se ci fosse da ridere sul portafogli altrui e su cosa possono permettersi. Oltretutto la mia prenotazione era flessibile!!!!!).
Arriviamo a Milano con 3 ore di ritardo, per via delle condizioni meteo nell’aeroporto di Catania. Proseguiamo per Genova stanchi morti. Altre 5 ore di viaggio. Arriviamo a Brignole e la struttura inizia a tartassarmi dicendo che dopo le 20 avrei dovuto pagare anche 20€ in più per il late check in. COSA???? Adesso immaginate la scena: io che cerco di non farmi sovrastare dal panico, mentre con una mano tengo mio figlio (che non può camminare) e con l’altra il cellulare e la valigia, mentre mia madre corre avanti e indietro cercando di fermare un taxi e di capire quale fosse il nostro. Mio figlio inizia ad urlare e piangere, il taxi non si trova, questi continuano a ribadire che non siamo puntuali, nonostante gli avessi spiegato della giornata di m**** che avevamo avuto, il panico che mi aumentava sempre di più pensando che saremmo pure rimasti per strada, con un bimbo di tre anni che non cammina. Alla fine arriviamo alle 20:30… nemmeno così tardi. Ed ecco che ho dovuto pagare anche le 20€ per il late check in.
La casa sporca, spoglia, fredda, due piani di scale interminabili con le valigie e mio figlio in braccio.
VERGOGNA. Speculare su un bambino. Senza questo ospedale non avreste lavoro.
