A beautiful, unique place. A true Tuscan atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large, comfortable apartment with numerous amenities and excellent facilities. A perfect place for an extended vacation to explore the region.

The house is very nice with a wonderful view to Toscan's hills. The room is ok, in the rustic style. The breakfast is ok, the same every morning, but taste and fresh (ham, gouda, jam, butter, cornflakes). The coffee is realy taste. Also in the house you can buy home made wine, grapa and the olive oil of owner. This place is great if you want to relax and enjoy in vineyards :)

In the room is very cold. Today guest says to staff for cold and she turn on heating, so this is my mistake because I don't say.

1. The place and the view was very nice, real Toscana with the Ciprus trees going up to the house, built in real Toscana style. It is in a nice and quite place, with the vineyard next to it. 2. The staff was friendly and helpful. 3. Their wine is very good and they also have good oil. 4. The apartment had a very nice new, modern kitchen. The room and the whole apartment was spacious. 5. The location was very good, close to San Gimignano, Siena, Volterra, Certaldo and many other nice places.

1. Was no air-conditioning which made it very unpleasant in the 35+ heat in August. There was a ventilator in the room which helped a bit , but it wasn't enough to make it enjoyable. 2. The breakfast was poor and represented nothing from the great food selection of Toscana. 3. Mosquito nets were poor quality and did not keep all mosquitos out. There was no net on the bathroom window which was an issue. 4. The room wasn't so clean when we arrived and during our 1 week stay, they only came once to clean. They did not change bedsheets and didn't take out our trash. 5. Some of the furniture in the apartment was outdated and not functional anymore (the table was wobbly, the chairs had wedding-style covers and not too clean). The TV should be in the bedroom instead in the kitchen / dining room , or at least placed facing the couch).

rooms shall be complete renewed! you can hear what your neighbor-room talk about! bathroom is too dark and noisy, if you turn the light.
