Nice Christmas break

It was the Christmas period when we stayed there so we didn't want to bother the owners too much, therefore we just spoke to them on the arrival and departure time only. They were very nice and polite. The place is located at the foot of a hill, with a waterfall directly opposite the lodge. Unfortunately, fog prevented us from enjoying the view for two days. The area is very quiet, with very little traffic passing by. A small village with a shop and a pub is just a 10-minute walk away. The cabin itself is very simple and a bit awkwardly laid out, but since we only spent our evenings and nights there, it wasn’t a problem for us. Everything was very clean, and the place looks newly renovated. The kitchen equipment is basic but sufficient for four people: three pans of different sizes, a few frying pans, a cooker, and a microwave. There is a large fridge with a freezer. The bathroom is clean, simply furnished yet elegant, with a comfortable shower and hot water. There is also a small garden with a BBQ area, although it’s more suitable for warm days. For children, there is a playground with many attractions. If you’re looking for a small, quiet holiday park without noise or crowds, I highly recommend this place. The owner is very helpful and reasonably priced—if you need anything, you can simply knock on his door or send a text message, and he responds immediately. It was well equipped with coffee, coffee maker and teas.

It would be nice to have a little bit more kitchen equipment at hand but that wasn't a big problem as there were enough plates and glasses. For someone who doesn't cook and order take aways, is perfect.

Super Home Stay

Our recent stay in Cannich, nestled in the stunning Glen Affric region of Scotland, was absolutely excellent, thanks to the wonderful holiday home owned by Vince and Mary. The stay itself was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, providing the perfect base for exploring the breathtaking local scenery. We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen for preparing meals and the comfortable beds. Vince and Mary's attention to detail truly made the difference, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location in Glen Affric was idyllic, offering unparalleled access to some of Scotland's most beautiful landscapes, from serene lochs to majestic mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed the idyllic location next to loch Ness. Overall, it was a truly memorable and refreshing break, greatly enhanced by the thoughtful hospitality of Vince and Mary. We would highly recommend their holiday home to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in the Scottish Highlands.

Vince is a welcoming host and provides accommodation that is clean, comfortable and has quality fittings. We especially liked the shower.

In fairness we were able to check in early and check out late but 6pm check in and 9.30am check out is very unusual. Fortunately, we were able to check in at 3 and check out at 10.30.

This place is too close to the nature that we can feel the environment with the natural sounds.

Mostly the accommodation was more than expected and the surrounding with play ground which my son really liked and enjoyed.

We loved the property which was well maintained and peaceful. The little house we were in was beautifully decorated and there were so many personal touches that really made it feel like home. The hosts were so friendly and made us feel very welcomed.

The location was excellent…peaceful, rural setting. The apartment was huge and very well equipped with everything we needed… very modern. Great to have a washing machine.

The only very minor thing was the sofa bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked… hard metal joint in the middle, but manageable.

Beautiful location and great host, he suggested us what all we can explore and was very approachable. The property has a great play garden for kids with swings, slides trampoline etc. it was great

Amazing location and a beautiful property. The owners were a lovely family with beautiful play areas which was very peaceful. Would definitely recommend this place.

The stay was amazing, only advice would be to may be leave a mop in the apartment so the guests can clean up the floor if they decide to cook themselves whilst staying.

From start to finish this place is beautiful, well kept and run by a fantastic family who did everything to make our stay memorable, which they did, from the adults to the children they were brilliant, The chalet was so up to date with everything you could possibly need, even down to the kitchen taps with colour changing lights, I'd give this place higher marks if they were available 😍

The accomodations were very clean, comfortable and modern. Everything seemed new and well thought out. Very kind hosts. Would definitely stay there again.

Superb

We really liked the place, quiet and comfortable, there are beautiful places to walk near. Convenient parking. Vince Mary and the kids are very nice and welcoming, ready to help with anything you need. The new house is fully equipped and very clean. We only stayed for one night on our way to the next destination, but the kids did not want to leave. We had a lot of fun

La limpieza y el equipamiento de las casas, la amabilidad del propietario y la tranquilidad del lugar. Es un complejo excelente, con jardines y áreas de juego para los niños. Las casitas son preciosas, con un excelente equipamiento, y muy cómodas. No falta de nada. Y el entorno, espectacular!!. Si quieres recorrer y disfrutar las Hightlands, es el sitio ideal

Molt ben situat per conèixer les terres altes escoceses, i molt tranquil. Molt ben equipat, amb electrodomèstics de qualitat. També pots rentar la roba i secar-la. Els amos són molt amables!
