Beautiful house, perfect location!
It would have been nice to have multiple keys. Our guest in the out-building could not get access to the kitchen unless we were awake and in the house. Also, it would be nice if there were screens to roll down on the porch to protect from afternoon sun. There is no afternoon shade outside.

Private and walkable to town, full kitchen and washer, nice patio
The entry gate was a challenge to use - the lock needs to be replaced. Pool was nice but would be better if heated. Location is a pro but originally thought this property was beachfront (probably my error) and, while very close to a beach and town, it is behind a gas station. Check in could have been a little smoother.
