Superbe appartement, vaste, propre, insonorisé et très bien situé à proximité directe du centre-ville.

Des travaux d'assainissement d'eau devant l'appartement ont rendu l'accès un peu compliqué. Retourner à l'appartement pour déposer les clefs du parking alors que des travaux empêchaient de se garer.

Het is een heel groot en ruim opgezet appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Hele fijne locatie, je bent zo in de oude binnenstad. Er liggen 2 kleine supermarktjes binnen 200 meter.

De manier van inchecken en uitchecken vind ik omslachtig. Je moet veel handelingen uitvoeren voordat je binnen bent en de auto hebt kunnen parkeren in de garagebox, die 300 meter verderop in een andere straat ligt. Voor het appartementencomplex is er geen ruimte om te parkeren zodat je de spullen uit kan laden.

The entry and exit instructions were a nightmare made worse by extensive road works and blocked roads in the vicinity which we were not warned about. Arriving by car with luggage is difficult as there is nowhere to legally park next to the apartment and the instructions demand that you stand by the outer gates and call a telephone number for it to open. One then has to go up two flights of stairs to access the apartment lockbox leaving the car in the process. You dont get the keys/remote and instruction for the included garage until you are in the flat and the garage is a five minute walk away. A lot with luggage and shopping. Leaving the apartment is also difficult as one has to fetch the car and load. Then return the garage key to the apartment and put the keys back in the lockbox so you then dont have a key to exit the outer gate and so have to station someone there holding the gate open. The Cotoon management is officious and not helpful as the instructions arrive too late and I have never had to open a locked gate by calling a phone number. We called the number from the car expecting to speak to someone and all we got was a message. It took a hour to finally get access and took us best part of an hour to haul luggage to the car then return to the accommodation to lock up and leave. Quite the worst entry exit requirements I have ever encountered in many Booking and AirBnB stays.

Box trop étroit, numéro d’urgence de l’agence sur la porte => faux, jamais réussi à l’ouvrir ni à verrouiller la porte du box !!
