A beautiful stone villa with an infinity pool (fenced, 10 x 5 m, up to 150 cm deep, heated on request, open from May to September) and a large garden equipped with a gazebo, barbecue and pizza oven, ideal for outdoor dining, as well as a table tennis table.
The villa, measuring approximately 500 square metres, is located in a very quiet area, spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 20 people in 9 air-conditioned bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. The interiors of the villa preserve the original architecture of Tuscan farmhouses, with vaulted ceilings and warm, cosy colours.
Ground floor: 2 large living rooms, 2 lounges/dining areas with fireplace, 2 large fully equipped kitchens (gas cooker, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, American coffee machine, moka, toaster, blender, fruit squeezer, kettle, dishwasher), a WC, 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower.
First floor: 7 double rooms with private bathroom with shower. Four of these double rooms can be converted into twin rooms with single beds. One of the double rooms has a private lounge with the possibility of adding 2 single beds.
