The Palms 1015 is a beautifully updated three-bedroom, two-bath condo offering spectacular Gulf-front views from the 10th floor. Relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the shoreline from this comfortable and stylish coastal retreat.

• Balcony access is from both the living room and the primary bedroom
• Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a relaxing stay; the dining table seats six and there are two barstools for additional seating.
• Full-size washer and dryer are located inside the unit
• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed
• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed
• Third bedroom features two sets of twin-size bunk beds (*Children six years or younger should not use the top bunk.)
• Keyless entry - no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out
• The Palms enforces a firm No Pets policy and is a completely non-smoking building - including balconies and all common areas
• Parking available for a maximum of two cars

We stayed from sept 10th till sept 16th and I have to say we had the best time. The room was fabulous the view was awesome and everyone we dealt with was great. I cant wait to go back. Will definitely be staying there again as soon as possible.

Enjoyed our stay immensely! Beautiful accommodations with easy access to beach and pool for our kids. Would definitely stay again.

I recently stayed at this 3 bedroom condo and it was very big and nice. Enjoyed the big kitchen and living room. Unfortunately, we had water dripping from the kitchen cabinets. Took 2 days of workers coming in to check the condo and determine it was the sprinkler system in the ceiling that was leaking. I understand things happen, but it was quite an inconvenience to have cups all over the counter trying to catch all of the water for 3 days.
