Tucked away just 7 minutes off the highway, this peaceful retreat backs onto the serene waters of Deep Creek, which flows straight out to the stunning South Valla Beach. Whether you're chasing salty air or sun-soaked days, you're in the perfect spot—with the iconic Main Beach at Nambucca Heads just 15 minutes down the road.
This is a home made for holidays. Cook up a storm in the huge entertainer’s kitchen, complete with a butler’s pantry, dishwasher, large fridge, freezer and all the crockery and cookware you'll need. Step onto the balcony with your morning coffee or sunset drink in hand, and take in calming views of native bushland and water.
Inside, there are two comfy living areas to spread out and unwind—each with Smart TVs, Foxtel, and Wi-Fi throughout. If you're mixing a little work with play, there's even a sleek office setup with an electric standing desk—perfect for remote working with a view.
The home has three full bathrooms and a fantastic Games Room for laid-back fun, featuring a pool table, Xbox, bar area, and an extra sofa bed. With generous driveway parking and loads of space, it's ideal for family holidays or group getaways.

The house itself is stunning - massive, bright, airy and serene, right on the water's edge. We had 8 people stay and never ran out of hot water. The locals are friendly and though it's a bit of a walk (or a 15 min car drive) to a swimmable beach, the location is peaceful and quiet.
The main issue we had is that the lockbox would not open. We had 4 people try to open it as per the check-in instructions we received but no one could open it. Thankfully the property manager responded quickly when we called (after hours) and a cleaner who lives down the road was able to let us in within 15 minutes. She was lovely, but based on her and the property manager knowing and explaining the problem with the lock box (which the cleaner had to open with a screwdriver, and which had lots of marks on it from previous visistors trying to open it), it seems the lockbox has been an issue for a while. I recommend it be replaced as I've never had this issue with a lockbox before.
The house was pretty clean, but there were some areas that were covered in insect feces and spiderwebs inside the house.
