Was very good sized big TV internet was only one bad thing was smell when first walk in but wasn't a issue as we opened house up and sparyed something and was all good

When I first walked in smelt wet

The location was nice, there was plenty of linens and extra blankets if needed. The kitchen was a nice size.

The first night there I had to remove and scrub clean oven trays to use, the end recliner was broken and after messaging the host to let them know we had no reply. I noticed on entry to the property dirt marks on walls, stained carpets, dust and cobwebs throughout the property and on all ceiling fans, not good for those with dust allergies. Rubbish left in cupboards and draws. Kitchen cupboards are not wiped out properly, the toaster is full of crumbs and behind the bench was dirty. The oven and exhaust fans above stove are dirty as is the roof of microwave. Shutter blinds are not cleaned, nor inside of them. It says in the description that some kitchen essentials are provided, what is there is all opened and used condiments and sauces. There was 2 unopened cartons of milk in the refrigerator, but no coffee or tea supplied to use them with. Outside area is covered in dirt, not weeded, and cobwebs all over glass fence panels. The facilities unable to be used was the jet bath as there was no plug in the whole property that would fit it, there is no BBQ to use as implied in pictures, the downstairs TV turned on but couldn't get any channels, the pool table is there but we didn't use it as the cues had no tips just the wooden ends and we were afraid of them tearing the felt. This is a real shame as the photos of the property depict a beautiful property which it very well could be with the right amount of attention applied. For the amount per night it should be immaculate.
