Wir waren vom 27.6.-5.7.26 in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung direkt hinter dem Deich. Alles war sehr durchdacht und mit Liebe eingerichtet, und alles sehr sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ankommen und Wohlfühlen ab der ersten Stunde. Die Vermieter, die nebenan wohnen, sind supernett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten diese Unterkunft auch gewählt, weil man hier nicht, wie sonst häufig in Holland, zum Schlafen über sehr steile Treppen ins Dachgeschoss klettern muss. Drei frei laufende sehr schöne Hühner und zwei Enten kommen bis an die Terrasse ran und haben uns sehr viel Freude bereitet. Auch zu erwähnen ist der fußläufig entfernte Strand mit flachen Wasser, der bei Wind zum Surferparadies wird.

Chantal and Rene were so kind : they went out of their way to make us welcome in their lovely, peaceful holiday house. The house was fully equipped, warm and beautifully furnished. We hired bikes in Hoorn and cycled to Enkhuizen, Medemblik and Edam, criss-crossing the polders and seeing tulip fields in bloom. Lots of birds and sea views from the Dijk made it a natural and scenic place to stay. We thank Chantal and Rene for their great hospitality!
