Location is very good. It was clean.

The fact that on Friday/Saturday you must close your window to sleep. It is getting quite loud.

Apartamento grande, muy acogedor, luce muy nuevo. El anfitrión envió toda la información necesaria y no tuvimos problema alguno. Bastante seguro tanto en recinto como la calle donde se encuentra. Super céntrico de todo. A pocos minutos andando para tomar los buses, Trolis, tranvía y metros hacia los destinos principales.

The heating worked well and we did not have any issues with the cold. The location is good, the facilities are generally fine, and the mattress is reasonably comfortable.

The cleanliness was poor. Dirty curtains, old bed linens, and a significant amount of dust on the bedside table, which we had to clean ourselves. There were also dust clumps under the table. The pillow was uncomfortable. Towels were insufficient, only two bath towels were provided, plus a single small towel that had to be used either for hands or for the feet. Shower gel was limited to only two small sachets, which is not enough for a stay of several nights. No extra trash bags were provided beyond the one already in the bin.
