This facility with its light filled lobby and many amenities was very pleasant! The staff were courteous and attentive, as well. The guest kitchen was a great idea!
It was quiet and had good black- out curtains!
We have traveled all over the world for many years and never encountered a hotel that charged to store your luggage before or after your check-in or check-out!

Staff was friendly
Mediocre facilities for the price.
Couldn't heat up the room even if it was 12°C.
Cleaning is on request but my request was ignored the first time.
Beds are quite small.
Breakfast has few options besides bread and it takes quite some time for them to restock food.
There was no shower cabin and the curtain did not go around the shower completely.
The bathroom light is quite dim so it is difficult to get ready using the mirror.
