Rates from 5/14-9/30 are for short term stays. Rentals during this period have a 1 week minimum requirement and begin on Fridays. We do allow shorter than 7 day rentals but not at the posted rate. Activities: Access to Sound View Beach, Free outdoor concerts, kid's crafts & carousel, bingo, movie night, pavilion & night club, Florence Griswold Museum, Goose Island, Connecticut impressionist art trail, sculpture grounds, Soundview Brewing Company, Bell 8 charters, Kokomo's restaurant and beach bar.
Winery and Brewery tours available - Tour includes a visit to three to five wineries or breweries of your choice in Middlesex and New Haven Counties in a luxury passenger vehicle with driver.
Offshore activities - Day and sunset charters to Newport, Montauk, Sag Harbor, Block Island, Duck Island, Greenport, etc. Speed boat rentals and thrill rides and waterskiing and tubing.
5 Miles to Big Y supermarket.
Property is equipped with outdoor security cameras.
Beach chairs, towels, linens, pillows, blankets, cleaning products, bathroom tissue, paper towels and dishwasher pods are included in the rental.
Summer season begins on May 14th and ends on September 30th. Rentals during this period have a 1 week minimum requirement and begin on Friday. We do allow shorter than 7 day rentals but not at the posted rate. Long term rentals are available from October to May at a discounted rate. Rates posted are for short term winter rentals. Cozy and romantic setting. The home was perfect for me and my girlfriend for a romantic getaway. It was super clean, and the host was very friendly. I will be recommending this property to my friends

My spouse and I had a great romantic stay at this property. The unit was very clean and modern. The beach is just a short block away. The host also offers winery and brewery tours along with boat charters, tubing and water skiing. We did the speed boat rental "what a ride, it was great". This property is worth renting.
