What a great ocean view!
This Condo sleeps 8 with 2 1/2 baths: 6 in the two Bedrooms and 2 on the living room pull out sofa. One King in master, 2 Twins (or reconfigured as a King) and 2-person trundle daybed in guest room. The twin beds in the guest room are easily pushed together as a King bed with king mattress topper supplied in the unit.
New LVP flooring on the first floor and carpeting on stairs and upstairs bedrooms.
Pool, tennis and Clubhouse on property and beach access using Mary Street ramp directly adjacent to condo property. The condo is fully stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation!
Eight miles South of the City of St Augustine and shopping is just 2 1/2 miles north. A variety of great beach restaurants are just a short driving distance South or North.

Clean, fresh, and extremely well-equipped, with everything provided from beach chairs and toys, all cleaning supplies, books, kitchen items, etc. Great location and the access to the beach via the Mary St. ramp was very convenient. The pool was well-maintained and the few children there were well-behaved. The place was very quiet and at night there were few lights outside, providing us a great chance to see stars. We have absolutely no complaints and have made a resolution to use it again soon. You made this cynic delighted! Thanks for your careful attention to detail and commitment to keeping this a nice place for famillies to stay.

We spent 7 nights and the place was so beautiful! Comfortable beds and very cozy we felt at home. Highly recommended! Beach is so close! Thank you for allowing us to stay! We will definitely rent again! -Leslie and Family

I stayed here with my family ages ranging from 3-58. The condo was perfect! Everyone loved it. It's hands down the cleanest vacation rental i've ever had. I was worried about the walk to the beach with 4 kids, but it's a short walk. The beach itself is Beautiful. It's very clean and not overly populated. You can go out to the beach any time of the day and find a spot without any issuse. We all enjoyed the pool as well as the pingpong tables. My husband also wanted to note that he was impressed with how great the AC worked. It was a relief walking in the door after spending the day outside with a 107 heat index.
I would highly recommended this condo. We will definitely be back!

Property was nice clean and secure. Check in was less to be desired
Had to pick up key from the office that was not on the same property as the townhouse. Then had to get parking passes from another office on the property. Then our code for the ocean access did not work. Too late to call the office.but I got the code from school me other guests but it was less than ideal. Other than that the property was well maintained clean and secure.
