Welcome to Beachside Bounty!
Beachside Bounty is a canal front home located just steps to the beach and restaurants. Perfect location to make favorite vacation memories.
The moment you walk inside you will feel at home!
Beachside Bounty offers WiFi plus cable so you will not miss out on any the big games! The first living room features a large screen smart TVs, comfy leather couches and electric fireplace for ambience.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all essential pots pans etc. to make that family feast, dining room and the second family room are all open to each other, a great gathering spot for movie nights!
When you are ready to relax and dream about the next day’s adventures the Master Bedroom offers a plush King size bed plus attached bathroom with soaking tub and shower. The guest rooms feature two twins with attached bathroom and a queen bed with attached bathroom.
Playtime is easy when you enjoy the bicycles, beach cart and chairs for the beach. The pavers patio offers plenty of seating to dine Al fresco plus a propane grill and outdoor shower. The dock is inoperable and off limits at this time.
This property features a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed.
Dog friendly ONLY, other pets will not be considered due to allergies. 2 dogs max! *WITH $200 FEE* If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees!
** Guests: Even if you add a pet to your reservation, it does not automatically include pet fees. Due to an integration gap with our software we have to add pet fees to your confirmed reservation manually. Please reach out if you plan to bring your dog!**
The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:
* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes
Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.

Property was very clean, spacious and just right for us. Everything we needed or wanted was there…bicycles, beach stuff, etc. kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Really liked the property and will use again if we have a chance. Thank you.

This place was well equipped with everything you need. Cleanliness was top-notch! Beautiful, peaceful setting on the water that we found relaxing and restful. Plenty of spacious gathering areas for a family to play games together or just hang out. Beds were comfortable.

-3rd bathroom not operational -Leather couch covers, not in laundry room -Master bathroom vent fan not working -Instructions for the tv set up TV were not connected to wifi Had to figure out how to connect -Floating dock not usable-major damage not lasted on website rental -Outlet next the door in master bedroom not working Good morning 231 Ventura RdA few more items to let the owner know about. No need to fix while we are here.-Out door light at the front door not working -Master bedroom shower1. Pipe leaking at the base close to the wall. Not all the time but might be leaking into the wall.2. Handle to start water very hard to pull out, sometimes need both hands -Light bulb burn out in fan1. Master bathroom 2. Larger family room3.
