Not at all what i expected for a beach getaway.

Clean and spacious.

Location was terrible. The property is on very steep hills and hard to navigate. The place was clean and spacious the check in was good but the host turned me off when I messaged saying there was no toilet paper and she told me I had to provide it. Also host was not great at communicating quickly.

Great place to stay

It was a pleasure staying at this apartment. The host is extremely nice and helpful. The apartment is clean and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The view is perfect, and the terrace is amazing! It’s just a 5-minute walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Everything was perfect, and we definitely recommend this place!

Perfect place for holydays with friendly hosts

Location and property. You can go to terrace in early morning or late evening and enjoy the perfect view to the sea. Host is very friendly, helps in all questions. Meet the black cat, very kind and intelligence animal. She will meet you in terrace and will make company, if you wish. :) In general, luxury as it can be. Important thing - formal center of the town is a little far away, but real center is on your location. It means shops, cafes, beaches and etc. Don't go too far from property, it's nothing to see. Best place is your place. You will find map in the property. Beach is with perfect SAND coast, it's very rare in Greece. But in the opposite direction is lake with SPA fishes. You must visit it, to understand. Also lake is always warm, because of hot mineral waters on it and have good restaurant on the coast. After visiting lake, you will have no need for sea. :) Only few steps down the hill is Sardelaki restaurant. You MUST visit it. Good food and view. Prices are lowest in town, food is best in town, try Greek salads and snacks (they will bring you a lot of it), you will be surprised. Finally, there are VERY small amount of Russians. Only few of them was observed in the beach and in restaurant. They are trying to masquerade (talks silently and etc.), but Russians culture shines. Anyway, you will find, mosquitos are much worse then Russians. :) Enjoy your holidays, this is the place where you will have everything, you want (wild SPA too :) ).

Mosquitos are terrible. Host provides filters and terrace is a little bit up, but mosquitos finds the way to suck your blood. You must hunt for them every evening, or no sleep at night. Mosquitos are only one thing in Greece, we don't like. Actually, we hate mosquitos. But locals hate them too. Russians goes away, mosquitos arrived. You must understand - it's balance in nature. Anyway, you can legally hunt for mosquitos every time and solve this SMALL problem. :)

it must be warned that the bathroom accessories are not in place, since the markets are not close to

cozy apartment, furniture, utensils were all, appliances. everything was wonderful.

the only thing was a water boiler in the shower, we didn't have enough water for our family. also in the booking it was stated that all bathroom accessories are there, but in fact there was a small jar of shampoo and shower gel, a small bar of soap, for one person. we didn’t have enough, we had to buy everything, but the markets were far from the apartment.

Clean, well-maintained apartment I would stay in again

The rooms were extremely clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and had everything needed to cook. The bathroom was very modern and the bedroom was large. Maria was very friendly and helped arrange my airport transfers. Would definitely stay here again.

The room is close to the street so there was a fair bit of noise but nothing earplugs couldn't handle.

There was construction work adjacent to the property that started at 7.00am each morning (not Sunday). We were up early each morning anyway as we were only there for a few days so it did not trouble us too much.

Great apartment in a great location

The host was lovely and very helpful throughout the process. The room was a decent size and had all that we needed plus a fantastic location as it was very close to the beach.

There was only one set of sliding doors and no windows at all. Which meant you either needed the AC on or the main door open to get ventilation.

Good location

The location of the apartment is very good, just a short distance from restaurants, shops and the beaches. At night, it was very quiet and the a/c in the room was effective. Cooking facilities were fine. The wi-fi was passable but sometimes rather slow when downloading web pages. Parking was easily available in the street.

Compared to two other properties we had rented just further along the coastal road, the property we felt was rather dated and expensive for what it offered.

My stay was miserable, I checked our after one night of a planned three night stay.

There was absolutely nothing to like about this property. The host was almost impossible to communicate with, I had to drag my lugguge up almost 3 flights of narrow stairs. There were flying, biting bugs in the apartment. To reach the host I was told to yell her name from outside the unit.

Warning, do not stay at this property, the name Beachside Bungalows is the start of the lie.

Great little spot

Really lovely apartment in a great location! It was easy to walk to Lake Voulgliameni which is a must! It is so beautiful and the nibbling fish are fun! It was a joy to have a washing machine for the first time in our three weeks of travel. Maria was a wonderful host who was super easy to communicate with and very helpful. The lady who helps her (sorry forgotten her name) was also a delight!

The entrance to the apartments is not so accessible for handicapped people. Carrying luggage to the apartment is burdensome and a bit difficult for cars unloading them because of the hill giving access to the back entrance.

I was sorry to leave this hotel - it was one of the best in my travelling experience :)

I loved this hotel! I wish I could come again! The hosts, Valja and Maria, were very friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect, close to the sea, the lake, Faskomilia hill (strongly recommended scenic spot) and all cafes and restaurants. The room was perfect: furnished with great taste, has all the necessary facilities to cook breakfast or lunch, absolutely spotless. My room had also a spacious and cosy terrace where one can relax with a cup of tea or a glass of something :)

The location was excellent, it was an easy walk to a good beach and there were many restaurants nearby. It was a very well equipped self-catering appartment and was spotlessly clean.

It was perfect. We were able to park outside and especially enjoyed having our reakfast outside on the terrace.

Superb

It is situated in a beautiful place between a really nice beach and the famous Vouliagmeni lake. Spacious, nice decorated, with a lovely garden to sit in and a cat who patrols the garden.

The only slight problem was that it is on the hill. If you are fit and healthy you would not even think about it. But my parents who are slightly over 70 yo were struggling.

- the house is not maintained... one day, I had no electricity.... while I was not using any appliance. - there is no handle in the front door from outside and twice, I was locked outside. Since there is nobody in the property, I needed to find neighbours and ask for help...horrible - dirty, you don’t dare to touch anything...
