Location Location Location ! Beach Sun & Fun !
Welcome to our beach house, which was totally refinished in April of 2021! Our favorite thing about the home is we love the location. We are so close to Barefoot & Bonita Beach and within walking distance to restaurants and stores. If you enjoy nature or love to fish, this home is for you. Lovers Key State Park is very close and the wildlife preserve. You can rent kayaks or a pontoon boat and explore our backwaters with 1000 islands.
This spacious, open concept home has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen; the large fenced, private backyard offers an in-ground heated pool and a large jacuzzi. The home is in a quiet, safe neighborhood one block from Bonita Beach Rd.
When you pull into the driveway, there is a two-car garage, and the driveway is big enough to hold large boat & trailer or RV.
Once you enter the home, you will feast your eyes on the open floor concept with sliding glass doors overlooking our screened outdoor dining area and plenty of outdoor seating areas. You will be spending a lot of time here. Enjoy the private pool, jacuzzi and sunbathing areas. The BBQ grill makes those afternoon cookouts perfect. Soak up the Florida sun, take an afternoon siesta, then cool off in your private pool. Relax and know you have arrived in Paradise!
The Pool is heated to a controlled 85 degrees year round. The pool has an easy access entrance with underwater steps leading to the bottom of the pool. Also, there are two shallow underwater tanning decks, one as you enter the pool and the other one is for sitting in the corner of the pool nearest to the hot tub.
The pool deck has plenty of outdoor furniture, including 4 new cushioned lounge chairs and an umbrella. Also, enjoy your coffee by the patio table with matching chairs and love seat.
You will find the master bedroom off the living area. This large suite has a private entrance to the side screened lanai, the king-size bed, in-room TV, and full ensuite bath and large walk-in closet complete the master suite.
Bordering the Master Bedroom is the second guest bedroom with a queen bed, large closet and Smart TV.
The living room is spacious and has commanding views of the outdoor area. Enjoy free YouTube TV on the large Smart TV.
The open concept kitchen has an island, breakfast bar, and dining area. You can entertain and cook at the same time. The open concept home is great for parents to keep an eye on the kids, inside and outside. That also includes your furry family member which he/she can roam freely in the fence in private backyard (no lease needed).
The screened lanai has a large dining table to enjoy your meals as well.
Bordering the kitchen area is the third guest bedroom with a queen bed. Large closet and Smart TV. A new Pack N Play can be found in this closet, if needed. The full bathroom in the hallway is convenient for all.
You will find that this property has wireless internet, a full-size washer and dryer laundry room for your use during your stay. Please note for our guests with allergies, this home is smoke-free.
While your accommodations are wonderful, at some point, you're going to want to leave and head to the beach; after all, that's what you came here for! Take Bonita Beach Rd about 1 mile to Bonita Beach or Barefoot Beach. White sugar sand beach and the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
In the attached 2 car garage, you will find everything you need for the beach: a beach wagon, 12 various beach chairs (2 tall size, 2 folding chaise lounge chairs, 6 Tommy Bahama low sand chairs, umbrella cabanas (saves you from paying $25/day for cabana rental at the beach), cooler and beach toys for the kids. 12 Beach towels are also provided for pool/beach use.
Conveniently located, you'll be able to come and go freely. Visit Lovers Key State Park for more miles of secluded beach area or great kayaking through Estero Bay.
We are within walking distance of many great local restaurants, liquor store, bait shop and convenience store. You'll find everything from 5-star dining to quaint sandwich shops. Boutiques and shops are plentiful for filling your suitcases with new clothes and souvenirs. The beach Trolley stops heading both north and southbound and just steps from the house. The trolley is a great way to avoid traffic when heading out and visiting our sights while sitting back and taking in beach life.
Ebb N Flow is a great place to rent bikes, kayaks and book various outdoor tours, located a few blocks from our home. It's a five minute bike ride to the beach. Beach chairs have backpack straps for easy carry while on bikes. Plus, you save on beach parking fees and you will always have free beach access with the bike racks supplied by the parks.

We loved the pool, seemed brand new! Our little dog was happy with the fenced yard and the owners were nice to have a kennel available there for us. We would definitely stay there again!

This charming house is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood very close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The primary bedroom suite is spacious, comfortable and has a huge closet and a great new bathroom. The kitchen functioned well, and the owners were very responsive to a few minor requests we made over our month-long stay. The furniture inside and out was comfortable, and the pool was clean, heated and totally private. We really loved the waterfall and all the beautiful weather!! Our stay at Bonita was everything we had hoped for!

We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, games, TVs, laundry, and the fabulous layout of the house! The location was perfectly situated we were able to walk to restaurants, the beach, ice cream shops and stores. We can’t thank the owners enough for our wonderful experience.

Needed a quick getaway to reset and reconnect. Kathy was wonderful, she called us personally to confirm and gave us the low down on things to do & see. We would definitely stay there again.
