Total gut renovation of a historic shotgun double, 1 block from the streetcar, close (but not too close) to Tulane, 4 blocks from Oak St, and an easy 10 minute Uber downtown. I keep my home in pristine condition and I'm seeking guests who appreciate that and will treat it with care. Features two large suites (1 king, 1 queen) and a loft above the master (1 full) that shares the guest bath (ladder access - best for kids). Private backyard & grill. Dedicated workspace. Laundry room.

this is a beautifully appointed new remodel of a existing shotgun house. Rich was awesome to work with and the home is extremely well cared for it so you feel like you’re home when you stay there.

We stayed at the property for a weekend in New Orleans, and although I had a great impression of the property from the listing, the place itself far exceed my expectations. The property owner was super attentive and took extra care to make sure every question was answered, not that we had many because he was so proactive. The place itself really was super clean, spacious, beautiful and comfortable, and we truly felt like we were on a relaxing vacation the whole time. HIghly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing NOLA experience!
