It is 10 minutes from the French Quarter, 3 houses from St. Charles streetcar line, and walking distance to Magazine Street boutiques and amazing award-winning restaurants. It is a few blocks from Tulane University, Loyola University and Audubon Park/Zoo.

Best place I’ve ever stayed in New Orleans. Great, safe neighborhood. Super clean with great amenities— plenty of supplies for the weekend and they even had umbrellas! Comfortable beds with nice linens and extra cozy blankets. Finding a rental with 2 kings with en suites AND no steps was ideal for our 2 generational group. Would heartily recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay. It is so centrally located with the ability to walk almost anywhere. Even a cute little neighborhood grocery 2 blocks away. The hosts went above and beyond in preparing for our stay…so quickly mailing back a set of car keys inadvertently left behind. Can’t recommend enough!

This freshly designed and remodeled space was a wonderful oasis in Uptown. It was an easy block away from the streetcar and provided us with a relaxing place during our busy NOLA vacation. Tony and Stacey were wonderful hosts who took care of us so well that we have to visit again. A superior experience!
