Relax at this peaceful condo by the beach with a beautiful pool! You will be located 600 steps from the beach where you will find the best view of the lighthouse at the Hillsboro Inlet. The Floranada Condo community offers excellent amenities including sun-decks, dining areas in the garden, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities, and parking for one vehicle (parking pass provided). 21+ to book, registered guests only and no parties.

We will immediately evict without refund and impose a minimum fine of $500 or the maximum fine allowed by Airbnb for any violation of this rule.
*Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the building on the property grounds. This includes the use of marijuana and vaping. Our staff will report any evidence during or after your stay during their daily inspections of the property grounds. Our smoke detectors may be remotely monitored. Tampering with smoke detectors or evidence of smoking will result in immediate eviction without refund and a minimum fine of $250 or the maximum fine allowed by Airbnb.
*Use of the provided linens to remove makeup will result in the loss of deposit.
*Missing items will be billed at two times the replacement cost.
*Quiet hours between 10pm and 9am.

Location is key here. Close to the Pompano Pier. Easy transportation if using The Circuit to get around and avoid finding or paying for parking at venues. Apartment has the basics and has been somewhat updated. Has a nice pool area. We didn’t need fancy since we just needed a place in the area.

This was our fourth time staying at the Flornada. We have always enjoyed the property, the location and our condo. This time was a little different. The air conditioning didn’t work the first two days and when they came to fix it it created a water leak. This affected the kitchen floor and it was always wet. The response times for getting back with us weren’t always the quickest and they didn’t express urgency and really weren’t the most apologetic. The unit could use a good deep clean. There was dust build up and things appeared dirty. Also some basic maintenance could be done (toilet paper holder), towels were extremely thin and only one hand towel and two washcloths were available for our week stay. We still love the location and area and the Flornada, but probably wouldn’t stay in the same unit again.
