Welcome to the private gated community of Moani Heights nestled within the world renowned and legendary designed, Mauna Kea Resort by Laurance S. Rockefeller. Working closely with nature was his mind set when planning the resort which was perceived as being unique and now loved by generations who have created life-long memories!
Located through the Westin Hapuna Mauna Kea gate, Moani Heights is a lush community with beautiful ocean, mountain, golf and coastal views. This striking, inviting, and spacious home was the largest model offered! The circular drive wraps around tropical landscaping stimulating the anticipation of what is inside!
Designed around a spacious Great Room with tall ceilings, mahogany trims and sliding doors, this room opens to a large outdoor covered lanai, gardens, lounges, and seating areas which provide an oasis escape! The solar pool and large spa complete the landscape!
Being the center of the home, the Great Room also has access to the large dine-in kitchen with state of the art appliances and gas stove, as well as access to the large laundry room with a new LG washer and dryer that leads out to the two car garage..
The Great Room keeps giving with access to two spacious king masters en suites which include jet soaking tubs and an office with a beautiful large desk and twin beds for extra sleeping. With today's workforce working from home, this office is perfect for a 3:00am conference call. Just grab a cup of coffee and close the brand new mahogany doors keeping the noise level down so the rest of the family can continue to dream about their beach day to come!
As you enter the courtyard there is a private entrance to the Ohana defined as "an extended family Hawaiian unit". This large master en suite has a working desk and custom designed lounge for afternoon naps!
Other features to enjoy throughout is optional pool and hot tub (daily fee), air conditioning, drop down electric screens, high ceiling fans, water softener, two car garage, and BBQ,
Under the homeowners Club membership, guests may purchase their own access to both the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and Westin Hapuna Beach Resort amenities, which include free parking, beaches, golf, tennis, swimming pools, dining, spa, work out rooms, personal charge account and more! Some features require fees like golf (at a discount) tennis play and lessons, yoga and other activities.
You are required to fill out a rental agreement and resort registration sent after booking from Hikialani Resort Destinations, Inc.

Exactly as advertised. Beautiful house in a wonderful locations with many amenities. Clean, well-stocked, private, with amazing views and great access to everything in the Mauna Kea development. We loved it.

Exceeded expectations, was a magical place to stay celebrating a big birthday for my wife. Literally anything and everything one might need was there, from kitchen to laundry to bathroom, bedroom, etc. Views are amazing, and distance to MKBH is next to nothing. Couple minor typical Hawaiian house hiccups were taken care of immediately and at no inconvenience to us. The whole IT/AV setup was staggeringly well done - beyond easy to connect to Sonos, play anything on Apple TV, etc. Cannot say enough good things about the property.
