Good central location, close to the beach and to the central areas. Nice clean apartment with good sized kitchen. Easy parking on the street right next to the apartment.
There's a very bad sewer smell coming from the bathroom, which unfortunately did not go away. I tried filling up all the drains with water - since that I usually the issue - but it didn't help. This needs to be fixed. Closing both doors to the bathroom, and ventilating the apartment a bit once or twice each day was a must.
