Very good location, close to the sea and the beach. There is an elevator in the building. It was clean.
The apartment is very small. Poor soundproofing, you can hear everything. The air conditioner is an old model (the outdoor unit is right above the window), it makes a lot of noise and buzzes at night, making it hard to sleep. There was also a strong unpleasant smell from the sewage system.
