A 43 m² master bedroom with television awaits you with its bathtub, shower, toilet, and of course its dressing room. View of the garden and swimming pool.
The second bedroom of 37 m² awaits you with its balcony and a magnificent view accompanied by its shower, WC and dressing room, and television.
The third bedroom of 25 m² with television awaits you with its balcony, its shower and WC and its large storage spaces.
A very pleasant 34 m² high terrace will allow you to enjoy the more than 180° view at aperitif time or lunch: look at the photos, it's magical With a light and refreshing wind. Very rare situation in Phuket to be underlined: you do not have any face to face. Total freedom.*
But, you can also meet up with the people you love around the 9×3M swimming pool or our jacuzzi (two people lying down, three people sitting)*. You can drink your tea or an aperitif, everything is provided accompanied by music.
Don't worry, maintenance of the premises is planned so that you can fully enjoy it. We offer a complete cleaning of the villa from a week of booking.
You potentially come to your villa to prepare your meal with your friends, or relax in front of the television with a good film on Netflix. You have more than 70 m² at your disposal and benefit from all the kitchen equipment in your villa: you won't want for anything.
Furthermore, we take care of emptying your bins stored in the premises provided for this purpose, daily.
In the evening, you will discover your villa totally different with a serene, pleasant, very calm atmosphere where the birds will express themselves. With its discreet, but effective lighting inside and outside, you will certainly be delighted. (see the photos with the jacuzzi). Remember that we will always be at your disposal and discreet for the duration of your stay. We are pleased to offer you our little corner of paradise in its entirety, including the swimming pool and jacuzzi (for two people lying down and three sitting). Ideal for families and businessmen who want to relax while working in optimal comfort with a very fast connection. We also offer long stays at prices designed to satisfy you perfectly. We will always be at your disposal to give you satisfaction. You will always be welcomed by Phayom and Oliver, both of whom speak English. We will introduce you to all our services. Our gym is a real treat if you like to work out and relax, along with the swimming pool and five-person spa. The residence is monitored 24/7. Regarding global warming, Phuket has been proactive for years in raising awareness. To prevent guests from leaving air conditioners running for hours while away (beaches, nights out), you will have a meter reading with us for electricity (7 THB per kWh) and water (45 THB per m³). These will be the responsibility of the tenants during their stay, in order to raise awareness among all guests about living together harmoniously. Rest assured, the cost is very reasonable in Thailand. A security deposit of €750 will be required upon arrival for any potential damage. Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer. The full refund will be made two days after your departure. When you arrive at your villa, you will be completely secluded and without overlooking neighbors… A real luxury in Phuket!

We had a very relaxing stay with all amenities catered for. The villa was very tidy and clean, not very old and had excellent bedding. This was our third stay in Phuket and it never disappoints. The facilities are fantastic which made the stay even better. We hired a car so transport was not an issue. Grab is a great alternative either by car or scooter. Boat avenue and Bang Tao beach is a short drive away. I would have given overall 5 star rating but there is an added cost of utilities at the end which can be high if you stay at the villa most of the time. This is a general cost most villas apply but I believe this should be part of the nightly rate. Security is excellent . Overall a great place to stay and would be well suited to larger groups as well .
