Sergey was a wonderful host who went above and beyond to make sure our stay becomes comfortable and hassle free. Good size pool, chilled air-conditioning, great beds and privacy. Amenities were provided and villa was close to many facilities like 7 eleven. Will stay again when visit Phuket

اقامتي كانت جميلة جداً في الفيلا حيث الهدوء والاسترخاء وقريب من كل الخدمات مثل المطاعم و السوبرماركت واضف الى ذلك الموظفين ودودين جداً وتعامل المسؤول سيرجي جداً راقي ومحترم جداً

لم يعجبني دفع الكهرباء ولم يكن من شروط الحجز لكن دفع القيمة الايجارية تواصل معي سيرجي واخبرني بالشروط الاضافية مثل التامين البالغ 500 دولار امريكي وهذا جداً مبالغ فيه ودفع الكهرباء حيث انني اقمت في الفيلا 7 ليالي ودفعت 7000 بات بمعنى اخر عن كل ليلة 1000 بات تقريباً

Останавливались на вилле семьей, все было великолепно! Хозяин виллы заселил в удобное для нас время, тепло принял, рассказал про все ближайшие локации. При заезде также были приятные бонусы - снеки, фрукты, напитки. По всей вилле шикарно пахло лемонграссом. Все было чисто, убрано, также проводилась уборка бассейна и территории в течении проживания. Территория комплекса охраняемая. До пляжа близко, но мы туда почти не ходили, тк был сезон дождей. До магазинов 3-5 минут. Несмотря на дожди наш отдых прошел потрясающе, в том числе и благодаря отличному проживанию.

The whole residence is just beautiful, the furnishings, lush foliage and flowers adds to the experience. The pool is huge! And good depth which means it stays a bit cooler. Plenty of pool toys and floats to play with. It lights up blue at night 🤩 also loved the beautiful pond, there's even coconut trees. The master bedroom is a good distance from other rooms down a hallway, and internal door to lounge area can be closed for quiet and further privacy. Aircon motor is a bit noisy, bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper Beds are very firm, typical of Thailand. There are 5 (!) showers (3 outdoor) and a separate toilet for the pool, so it's great for kids and groups. There is some body wash/shampoo but it's not labelled so best to bring your own. BYO body lotion. There are toothbrush kits and bath robes. Laundry detergent is provided which is a bonus. Lovely fruit platter on arrival. You'll need milk and I think sugar. Teas and coffees provided. Pretty much anything you need is a 2 minute walk away at a fantastic Tops supermarket and a great set of shops nearby! The garage is used for maintenance but you can park car outside or a few metres away inside the complex. The host Sergey was just lovely and always responded to any queries very quickly. Security, maintenance etc all very friendly. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks Sergey!
