Beautiful stay

Welcoming and charming hosts, beautiful garden with outdoor games and pool, 2km from Isle -Sur-La-Sorgue town, at proximity of many beautiful Provence hilltop villages in distance of 20-30 km by car. Very good breakfast with fresh egg, fresh fruit salad, large choice of home made jam. Bedding is comfortable, large, medium-firm mattress type.

This is as close to heaven as I have ever experienced.

Every detail at this exquisite country B&B is perfect. The bed was the most comfy ever! and the design/decor was extremely high level, with gorgeous artistic flair. I cannot think of a single thing to change or improve. I can’t wait to return. The hosts are so welcoming and generous with their time and tips. They have every reason to be proud of their work to create the perfect retreat.

Great room, great base to explore. Loved our stay

Room was lovely and exactly as described. Sandrine and Guy were very friendly, recommending all the best places to visit and eat. Great base to explore the region. The grounds were lovely and the swimming pool a godsend in the heat (as was the aircon!) Breakfast was fantastic and fresh eggs each morning. We loved our stay!

Great country B&B close to L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. Charming French hosts with hospitality experience.

We arrived in a snow storm and the entrance was up an iron staircase outside the building. Once inside, it was comfortable and interesting. Lovely boutique bathroom and comfortable room with central heating. Chooks wander about the yard but are no disturbance. The breakfast was vast and beautiful and presented in the dining room. Yes the eggs were great and much appreciated since they are usually not part of a French breakfast. Mas Seraphin is well located quite close to L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, a lovely old town built with canals and waterwheels powered by the Sorgue river. Turn left at the driveway exit and follow the road for 2.2 Kms and you are in Town. Too easy. This village is in the beautiful Luberon part of Provence, not far from Aix-en-Provence. Many hill-top defensive villages to explore and some hair-raising history to learn about. Winter is perhaps not the ideal time but very good for low crowds and traffic. Whatever your age, you are only young (as in right now) once.

Nothing for the hosts to change - they did a great job through-out and are obviously very experienced in great hospitality. Just a note for the travel planner. January and February are great but you need to experience the Mistral in southern France first hand then work around it. More 'inside' (Museums, wine, lunch, driving, study) and less 'mountain top' until it blows out. Worked well for us.

Phänomenal

Die unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft von Sandrine und Gyi war enorm. Ein wunderschönes Haus mitten in der Provence mit einer tollen Außenanlage. Man erhielt jeden morgen Tips für Ausflugsziele. Gyi spricht sehr gut deutsch.

Court séjour mais nous reviendrons pour visiter la région…

Accueil de Sandrine très chaleureux. Après nous avoir installés, elle nous a donné des conseils pour profiter pleinement de notre séjour : parking du centre ville, les restaurants, les horaires du marché, … Mention très bien pour la qualité de la literie et la propreté de la chambre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le petit-déjeuner partagé avec les autres clients.

La Provence, chez l’habitant, comme on aime !

Endroit très beau, ancienne ferme agricole superbement rénovée, calme, au cœur de la nature provençale, petit-déjeuner délicieux avec des produits locaux, des confitures maison, œufs du jardin, les propriétaires sont très gentils, disponibles et pleins de bons conseils sur la région ! En bref, nous avons ADORÉ ! Ps : Merci pour la partie de pétanque

Rien ! Nous avons tout aimé, du logement au petit déjeuner en passant par les propriétaires, les poules et scratch !
