We were so comfortable here. The host Dalia was welcoming, friendly, responsive, understanding, and helpful. We had plenty of space, enjoyed the back yard, and were very comfortable. We highly recommend this property for families who like a little space to spread out. As advertised, it was modern, stylish, and convenient. Thank you!

Dalia’s rental was perfect for our stay. Very clean, comfortable and easy to work with. We were in town for a wedding and had to travel with our two dogs, one of which is a 14 yo golden retriever who can't be kenneled. Our adult son lives close to Dalia so logistically everything was convenient. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. The daylight basement was bright and cheerful. Since it was just the two of us, we had more bedrooms than needed but it worked out well to turn an extra bedroom into a dressing room. We slept in the innermost bedroom which had no windows, perfect for getting a solid night's sleep.We didn't really do any cooking but if you needed to, you might struggle with just a two-burner countertop induction unit given the limited counterspace. It's doable but perhaps cramped. I'd recommend adding a counter height table specifically for cooking on. Dalia was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We plan to stay here again the next time we visit our son.

The basement apartment unit itself was wonderful, it was clean, quiet, my young children loved having the nice yard to play in. The few things that keep me from rating the property excellent was the couch in the living room, it was not comfortable to sit on, it was clearly a bit dated and the cushions slid of the couch very easily. There was also an incident with whomever lives in the actual house that honestly caused us a little concern. A broken phone was on the driveway along with a purse and liquor containers near the front porch. It was obvious someone had gone through the gate to the stairs that lead down to the basement apartment. It was unnerving but nothing resulted from it so we didn't make an issue of it. Aside from those things it was a very pleasant stay.

This was such a nice place it was quiet and private even though owner and kids were in house above. We never heard them they were so quiet. Loved that my cat was in driveway and not in the street. The apartment was spectacular nice little kitchen. Great shower and the bedrooms were good sized. My daughter and I shared one room and we had two friends who came in. We all meet twice a year for the gem and mineral shows and this was the best decision we made!! Close to lots of places to eat or stores. The back yard was beautiful and had squirrels to watch in am. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone needing to stay in the area.
