Appartement fonctionnel et situé proche de la Dune. Nos deux chiens ont apprécié le jardin. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles si besoin.

Studio proche des lieux touristiques (dune du Pilat, zoo du bassin d Arcachon...)
- Studio annexé à la maison des propriétaires avec un portail défectueux (poignée reste dans la main) - Problème d aération (buée sur vitre cuisine au réveil) - Pas de hotte aspirante, four vétuste. - Manque détecteur incendie.
