Krásné a prostorné ubytování za super cenu. Byli jsme velmi spokojení, krásně uklizeno a všude voňavé, paní majitelka velice příjemná. Pokud zase někdy pojedeme do této oblasti určitě se tu ubytuji znovu.

Apartmán plne vybavený, v podstate nám nič nechýbalo. Majitelia veľmi milí, priateľskí. Určite môžeme len odporučiť!

- note that the place does not provide a separate apartman. Guests are sharing the entrance and the stairs with the owners. The rooms (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room) are opening from the stairs.

We were very disappointed and honestly quite surprised by our experience, especially considering how highly rated this property is. We noticed that a few previous reviews mentioned shared spaces, but we genuinely did not expect the situation to be like this. If we had understood the actual layout beforehand, we would not have booked it as an apartment. The property is advertised as an apartment, but our experience was very different from what we reasonably expected when booking an apartment. Our room, kitchen and bathroom were not connected as one private unit. To get from our room to the bathroom, we had to pass through shared corridors and stairways used by other people. The entire accommodation could also not be locked as one private space when we left, which meant that we did not feel that our belongings were properly secured. This is particularly concerning because, under the current Slovenian regulations, the **“Pravilnik o pogojih glede storitev, prostorov in opreme gostinskih obratov” (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 396/2026), Article 22 (“Apartmajska enota”)** defines an apartment unit as an accommodation unit consisting of **connected spaces**, including the entrance/entrance hall, bedroom, living area, bathroom/toilet and food-preparation area. In our case, these spaces were not connected as one private accommodation unit. We had to use common areas shared with other people simply to move between our own room and bathroom. What made the situation even more difficult was that we were travelling with our **five-year-old child**. He could clearly hear people walking through the shared areas, footsteps and doors banging, and he became visibly upset and unsettled. We had expected the privacy and peace of an apartment, especially when travelling with a young child, but instead we were constantly aware of people moving around immediately outside our space.
