Holiday beach Gran Alacant

Miły gospodarz, dobra lokalizacja dla osób poruszających się autem, czysty, przytulny domek, cicha, spokojna okolica.

The apartment is cozy and very comfortable for traveling with three children. The apartment kitchen is well equipped and has everything needed for preparing meals at home. On the rooftop terrace, you can enjoy a sea view and sunbathe in warm weather, as there are sun loungers available. It is also possible to have meals outdoors, as there is a comfortable table with chairs. Since it was cold during our stay, we did not use this option.

If you arrive at night, you need to take a taxi to the apartment, as car rental services at the airport do not operate at night, which results in additional costs. The host does not speak English, which made it difficult to discuss other important matters for us. If you travel in January, you should be prepared for cold indoor temperatures; however, the apartment is equipped with air conditioners that also provide hot air and are able to heat the rooms to a comfortable temperature. If there is strong wind, it can be heard at night, as the outdoor shutters by the windows make loud noise.

The house is big, the beds are good, the host was nice, large terrace, air conditioning

The pool and what appears in the pictures are public, between other houses, you enter with a key (unfortunately, one of the 2 keys didn't work the first few days) The sea is far away, you definitely need a car, as I saw written here in the reviews, otherwise I wouldn't have known. The house wasn't clean, there was animal poop in the yard just after we arrived(it was hard to clean off my child's shoes)the dishwasher was full of slime , dirty drawers and the refrigerator was dirty. The last 3 days we had an ant invasion in the living room and some evenings we didn't have parking because the neighbors were occupying it. I think that for the money I paid, the host could have put more effort into the cleaning that I had to do when I arrived. I like to leave positive reviews, but these minuses made our vacation not what we expected. After a 16-hour trip, it's no pleasure to wash the refrigerator, the dishwasher... I always kept the kitchen cabinets open because they had a musty smell, I think the next tenants will thank me :)
