Это кондоминимум, закрытая территория. Въезд на машине с брелком открывающим ворота. На территории свой бассейн, тоже с ключом. Очень чистый. В квартире сделан свежий ремонт, в наличии вся техника, новая. Посуда на любой вкус и размер. Удобные, мягкие кровати. Без машины туда лучше не ехать. До пляжа 4-5км,туда с горы, обратно в гору. Парковка сразу у подъезда. Магазины тоже не рядом.. В целом квартира стоит своих денег, довольны на 100%
Никогда не заказывайте аренду авто через booking!!! Фирмы,с которыми работает booking плевали на договорённости с клиентом. В итоге, при получении машины вы еще раз заплатите полную стоимость аренды и залог. Вooking как в насмешку вернет вам страховку,купленную у них же. Стомость аренды,вместо заявленных 230е,составила 480е. Отзыв к отелю никакого отношения не имеет!
