Appartement au 1er étage avec très grande terrasse. Chambres agréables dont 2 donnant sur terrasse. Cuisine très fonctionnelle, bien équipée. Terrasse avec vue assez dégagée. Stationnement facile dans la grande cour. Bon rapport qualité prix. Bon emplacement géographique.
Couettes de lit trop légères (pour jours frais et pluvieux).
Décollage des avions depuis la terrasse (en intérieur, pas de problèmes, l'insonorisation fonctionne).

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage, etwas abseits vom Tourismus und trotzdem nah an der Küstenlinie. Die Nähe zum dörflichen und trotzdem zur Großstadt Split ist sehr gut. Im Ort gibt es genügend Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Sie hat einen wundervollen Balkon und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Zimmer sind angenehm.
Die Heizung ist eine elektrische Wandheizung, welche im Wohn-/Esszimmer und im Flur montiert ist. In den Bädern gab es keine auffindbare Heizung und auch das Warmwasser reichte leider nicht für eine ganze Badewanne. An kalten Tagen war es etwas zu kalt im Bad.

Casa dotata di ampi spazi interni, fedele alle foto. Cucina ben attrezzata. Fantastico il terrazzo. Comodo il parcheggio interno gratuito e il facile accesso alla rete wifi. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La proprietaria vive al piano terra ed l'unica volta che l'abbiamo incontrata è stata molto gentile.
L'unico dettaglio migliorabile potrebbe essere fare trovare i letti pronti (i copriletti erano stati messi ma le lenzuola invece erano piegate sui letti che abbiamo fatto noi) cosi come gli asciugamani: solo due erano posizionati sul letto, gli altri asciugamani li abbiamo poi trovati in un armadio ( c'erano 5 asciugamani per la doccia ma noi eravamo in 6). Tuttavia questi dettagli sono stati per noi trascurabili e abbiamo passato un ottimo soggiorno.
