It was beautifully decorated and lots of attention to detail. Very whimsical and cosy. Lovely scenery, a few nice walks for the dog and some hill walks if you fancy that. Had hot tub, fire pit and BBQ to use. Dressing gowns were provided. Bed was comfortable. Elaine was very friendly and helpful. Free wood for hot tub and easy to use. Dog friendly as well.
Trying to get the shower pressure and temperature to the right setting was a bit of a faff. No curtains for privacy. Thankfully the 2 cabins next to us were free and it is quite remote but anyone can walk past and see directly into your cabin. Maybe because we were out of season but the local pub was closed despite it being open according to Google. Really struggled to find anywhere dog friendly for dinner and settled for takeaways.
