As of May 2025, this community requires a two-week minimum rental between Memorial and Labor Day, 1 week minimum after Labor Day and prior to Memorial Day

Absolutely spectacular stay at this Dewey Beach VRBO mansion! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the luxurious amenities and unbeatable location. The proximity to the beach as well as nearby restaurants/bars was perfect, just steps away, and having not one, but two gourmet kitchens made meals a breeze. The pool was a refreshing oasis after our mornings of the golf course, and the spacious layout of the home provided ample room for our group of friends. Overall, a dream vacation spot that exceeded all expectations. Can't wait to return!
