About this house rental
Last original petite 1940 cottage at the beach. 300sqft. 2 blocks off the boardwalk, 1 block to the bay, skate park, tall ship pier & Chicago Ave Free fishing pier. Local attractions, tennis, basketball, skateboarding, shopping, restaurants and so much more are in walking distance if you desire.
The space
Many of the surrounding properties have been torn down and rebuilt into multi unit rentals. This cottage stands alone, surrounded by "progress". 1 bedroom with full bed, and loft with queen bed. 1 bath with stand up shower. Galley kitchen for cooking small meals. Pullout couch adjacent to galley kitchen for additional sleeping.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the cottage. Yard is SHARED with unit in front of cottage.
Other things to note
Free parking on the street. There is no driveway.
Guests are responsible to make their own beds with linens provided. Beds will not be made. Only clean linens. Guests are responsible to place all dirty linens in the hamper when they leave. All dirty dishes and utensils must be washed and put away as well.

The bungalow was cute and plenty for two. The host was great with communication. Was not impressed with VRBO. Thankfully I had found the correct contact # for our host because the one posted was for a different host with the same name. So I had been communicating with the wrong person for a bit. Location was great for walking to the boardwalk.
