location is great, bathroom is extremely tiny so you need to be thin to fit in.

I forgot my phone cable and plug, reached out to the owner a few hours after leaving, who said she would look into it but never came back to me even though I sent text to get an answer. I was upset as i come often in the area and it would have been easy to pick it up

Clean & comfortable but basic.

The property is small and basic but was clean, comfortable and functional.

The door of the neighbouring apartment was open for the duration of our stay with the keys left in the door. Although it didn't directly affect us – nor was it the responsibility of our host – it gave us slight concern for the security of our own apartment.

Small but well-equipped apartment with good value for money

The communication and the instructions for getting in were fantastic - all questions we might have had were already answered before we even thought of them. The property is small but well-equipped, with a microwave, stove, fridge, coffee machine, and good wifi. The heating worked well and we were comfortable during our stay.

The bathroom door was a little difficult to open/close, but not too bad.

A pleasant studio for 2

The host was very helpful and available. She made us welcome and answered swiftly to our needs ( provided us with bowls at our request and helped us with the WiFi and television). We slept really well in a very quiet environment. The studio was very clean. The access to the tram was close and very convenient.

Unfortunately there was no instructions available - on what to do in town, how to use the television, what to do with the recycling or what was expected of us before leaving the place. The hand written notes for the WiFi code was difficult to understand. We also found the bathroom too small to allow us to get changed after a shower. This is definitely not suitable for large guests. During our stay we were not able to use the WiFi and television due to a technical fault. The host did everything to help even suggested a walk in the forest nearby as an activity and offered a compensation.

Great location and facilities.

On Booking.com it was listed as being number 7 though 6 opposite was correct. Only ointment was the size of the bathroom as the washing machine took up some of the space.

Mauvaise foi de lapropriétaire pas correcte qui a demandé 120 e pour le nettoyage pour qqs poils de chien l accusant d avoir uriné pour changer un tapis une fois que je lui avais reproché l odeur de tabac froid des lieux rendant impossible que ma fille dorme dans le studio car asthmatique .. navrant jamais vu ça en des dizaines de voyages et séjours divers avec booking .

Séjour confortable à un prix très raisonnable.

Petit appartement mais très bien équipé et confortable tout près de Sciences Po St Germain, et à 2 mins du bus allant à la gare RER (15 minutes de trajet). Sympathique petit balcon qui donne sur le jardin. On n'entend que très peu la ligne de train derrière.

Pour un rugbyman la douche serait un peu étroite mais pour moi c'était ok. La salle de bain est petite mais c'est largement suffisant pour un court séjour à un prix abordable.
