Very nice place, with very nice staff that are , unfortunately, not always around to help you

I arrived late (00:30 hours) due to traffic accidents around Antwerp and the A86 being closed suddenly. Then there was nobody at the desk. The mobile number that I had received was on voicemail stating I could reach them the next morning. Of course I had also received an email stating my appartment number and the number of a key locker that should contain the key to my appartment. Unfortunately the key was not in the locker. So I was shut outside with no possible way to get in touch or to come into the appartment building. So I ended up having to find a nearby hotel to spend the night and this wasn't easy at that time. The next morning I complained and they were very sorry and it shouldn't have happened and tried to make it up to me in a very friendly manner. My stay there was wonderful and the place is situated perfectly. When leaving though, the desk was, again, not occupied. Even though it were office hours and according to their own schedule. Conclusion: great place to stay and perfectly located. BUT: do arrive before 18:00 hours otherwise you might end up being locked out for the evening and night (and need to find another hotel). And even during office hours, you may find the desk empty with nobody to help you get your key or help you otherwise.

The accommodation was very comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the metro station, making it really easy to get around the city.

Honestly, not much bothered me during my stay – everything was pretty good. The room was comfortable, the service was polite, and overall, I didn’t really have any issues. It was a nice and smooth experience.

Séjour et Appartement exceptionnel et un personnel d'une grande gentillesse !

Venant de Toulouse, je me suis présenté à la réception à 11h du matin alors que ma réservation était normalement pour 16h et j'ai été très bien accueillie et accompagnée à ma chambre afin de pouvoir y déposer mes affaires. Un personnel adorable et aux petits soin dans un résidence propre et chaleureuse, dans un quartier calme et paisible ! Je recommande à 100% ! Cloé

J'aurais juste apprécié un peu plus de papier toilette et une machine à café type Nespresso ainsi qu'une bouilloire un peu plus récente (ou un peu plus propre) mais c'est vraiment pour noter des points d'amélioration parce que mon séjour était parfait et je reviendrai régulièrement faisait ma formation juste à côté !

La localisation Le calme L appartement est propre et spacieux. Il y a un petit freezer dans le frigo. Très bien.

Il n y avait pas d essuie mains dans la cuisine. J en ai demande un mais ils ont oublié de le déposer. Ce n est pas grand chose mais c est le seul point negatif du séjour.

Au top dans une résidence pour sénior !

L'espace de l'appartement, le confort, le calme durant la nuit dans un super quartier. L'emplacement est à 15 minutes à pied du RER A. Vous êtes dans une résidence pour sénior et vous ne risquez pas d'être déranger pendant la nuit !

Il manquerait juste des ustensiles en plus comme un égouttoir à vaisselle avec un torchon ou des spatules pour la cuisson. Une petite explication avec des photos sur l'emplacement des boites à clés, l'appartement et comment avoir le wifi serait un plus. Nous sommes arrivés en dehors les heures d'ouverture de l'accueil et il manquait quelques explications pour le checkin

Les personnes à l'accueil sont très professionnels, sympathique. Le balcon en été est un plus La chambre est très spacieuse, calme, propre. Très pratique les petites boîtes avec le nécessaire pour la cuisine (éponge, liquide vaisselle, café,the) pour la salle de bain très spacieuse avec lave linge et le nécessaire pour la toilette.

En pleine canicule sans clim ni même un ventilateur c'était étouffant.

J'ai réservé 2 appartements dans la résidence pour assister à un mariage à la Celle St Cloud.

La résidence Ovélia est très bien située pour tout séjour à l'Ouest de Paris. Nous avons apprécié le calme, la végétation autour et la taille des appartements, le rapport qualité/prix est très intéressant. La résidence est également accessible en direct depuis la gare de Lyon ce qui est très pratique. J'ai également eu une personne de l'accueil au téléphone qui a été très sympa pour m'expliquer comment accéder à la résidence.

Muy incomoda la pieza, es un lugar donde viven personas mayores, y esta pieza se encontraba desocupada al parecer. La cama muy pequeña es solo para 1 persona. No había como cocinar. Lejos del metro. Mala experiencia

No nos gustó la ubicación, es en zona 4 pero hay que caminar 10ncyadras largas desde el metro. La pieza no tenía aire acondicionado y hacia calor. No había utensilios de cocina. Se nota que es una residencia de personas mayores. No estaba del todo limpio. Quedamos muy tristes con la estadía
