Location and room
Door key just have 1 and card for escallator and power key slot just one ..very not easy when I Wanted to go down n up .. you must take all your children..Parking ๐Ÿ…ฟ๏ธ expensive and no other choice please do better than this...

Perfect place and level to have a very great Seaview! Facilities like Swimming Pool also Very good as is not as strict as other place! Very satisfied with my stay with Family here! Near with convenience store like Orange also near with Suria Sabah which can go there by Walking! Also nearby laundry also great because it's just near the Tower 2 enterance!! Fast refund within 24 Hour eventho host say it will take 3 Days which is really great and Big Thumbs Up there!!
The internet was somehow not really working well during our stay and we had to use our own Data Packet maybe host can improve there!

The pool water is dirty, I can see it even before I jump in the pool.
