Location was excellent - next door to the train station.
Breakfast and dinner were excellent - well cooked food.
The bathroom was very small with not much room to move around.

Clean and tidy
Dubious first impressions, the car park side of the building could do with a lick of paint , the car park needs tidying up, and gates and gate posts put in good working order.
