Brick B&B - 3Bed 2Full Bath! Downtown Edwardsville

We loved this cute little house and highly recommend! It was perfect for the family to stay in for our daughter’s wedding. Everything was very clean and when we had a question Sophie was quick to respond. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals, the large closets in the bedrooms upstairs were spacious (room for an air mattress in one) and the living/dining room were also spacious and great for hanging out, eating. The large dining table worked perfectly for games (and filling bud vases for the reception:-)) and we loved the little two person kitchen table. The only thing to note (because we missed) is there is no washer/dryer which would have been nice since we stayed most of the week. Finally, we got a kick out of the hidden window:-).

The house was perfect for our stay, we were walking distance to everything for the Route 66 Festival and race. nice water pressure in the shower, plenty of hot water for all of us after the race.

Perfect little house for our family. We were in town for a family wedding and we were less than 10min away from everything!Quiet neighborhood. Easy street parking.

The house was neat and clean, quaint and cozy. The large spaces were great. The house was very chilly upstairs so could have used heavier bedding. And a luggage rack in the smaller bedroom upstairs would be very helpful. Also there was only enough bedding for one sleeper sofa and we used both sofas - we had 7 people. Only one blanket was provided, so it was chilly sleeping in the front room also. Better warmer bedding would have helped. But we still enjoyed our stay in Edwardsville.
