Welcome to the Brick B&B! Proudly located in Downtown Edwardsville, IL. This newly renovated house (new kitchen, windows, & floors!) is located in a quiet neighborhood, only 28min drive from Downtown St. Louis. Enjoy a short walk or a quick drive to many local coffee shops, boutiques, spas, restaurants, & bars. Other local activities include: City Park only a 3 min walk, an entrance to the Madison County Transit bike path is a quick 6 min walk, & 10 min drive to SIUe campus. Permit # 031602

The house was neat and clean, quaint and cozy. The large spaces were great. The house was very chilly upstairs so could have used heavier bedding. And a luggage rack in the smaller bedroom upstairs would be very helpful. Also there was only enough bedding for one sleeper sofa and we used both sofas - we had 7 people. Only one blanket was provided, so it was chilly sleeping in the front room also. Better warmer bedding would have helped. But we still enjoyed our stay in Edwardsville.
